The 'B' sterilisers are designed for professional pouching and conform to the latest guidelines from MRHA to keep instrument sets clinically safe for out working as well as pre-pouching for use in the clinic.

The three pulse vacuum pull at the start of the cycle ensures quality air dilution in the closed pouch as well as moisture removal at the cycle end.  The finished load is dry and safe to carry in under 40 minutes.

The 'N' sterilisers are for work in the practice when using unwrapped instruments - to be used immediately.  This model has a fast cycle time of 14 minutes.

The Pico washer disinfector addresses new legislation brought about by the increased concern over transmissible spongiform encephalopathy, vCJD and other cross infection risks by 'flushing' (washing the outside of instruments removing the biohazard and soil residues). Powerful flushing inside hollow or Lumended devices ensures that complex/critical instruments are free from soil residues inside and out.

Ultra fine Lumen devices such as Dental and Opthalmic can only be reprocessed using controlled high pressure flushing and rinsing systems. The Pico Power Flush, has been validated on 'high challenge' PCD's such as multi (3) lumen opthalmic instruments where the outer diameter of device is less than 0.8mm.

The Validator has been specifically designed to retrofit on to many existing sterilisers in the health care market, whether you are a dentist, doctor or chiropodist it is now essential to have a printed record of your sterilisers performance during the sterilising cycle. The Validator gives added protection for you and your patients against the use of non-sterile instruments, thus cutting the obvious risks of cross infection.
