John - Chairman of Stanbridge


John has been involved with Stanbridge since 1987; first as Accountant to the Company and as Company Chairman since 2009.

Margot - Managing Director at Stanbridge

Managing Director

Margot joined Stanbridge in 2008 as Business Development Manager, becoming Sales Director in 2010. She took over as Managing Director at the beginning of 2019.

James - Finance Manager at Stanbridge

Finance Manager

James joined Stanbridge in 2018, and has worked in finance across a range of different industries for over 23 years. He is a true professional who keeps Stanbridge’s financial strategy on track.


Nicky - Sales Manager at Stanbridge

Nicky has been a member of Stanbridge Sales since 2006, and has immense knowledge of our entire product range as well as being fully up-to-date with sluice room requirements. She understands regulations for all types of establishments and will help you to from your very first call and throughout the life of our equipment – helping you to make sure your establishment remains compliant.

Aaron joined Stanbridge in 1996, and has worked his way through the ranks to become Factory Manager. He knows everything there is to know about our products and is every piece of equipment meets quality control measures and is delivered promptly and professionally.

Karen - Sales and Service Office Manager at Stanbridge

Karen joined Stanbridge in 2014, bringing with her 28 years of administration experience in various industries. She is responsible for all office procedures, and oversees the administration of Sales, Service and Spares.


Ashley - Sales Assistant at Stanbridge

Ashley joined Stanbridge in 2015. She knows all about the operation and benefits of the whole Stanbridge product range to ensure best practice is achieved within care homes, nursing homes and hospitals.

Naomi followed her sister Ashley to Stanbridge in 2016 and organises all aspects of our tailored maintenance/service agreement plans for care homes, nursing homes and hospitals.

A long serving employee, Julia has been with Stanbridge for 19 years in various roles. Currently she assists our Sales, Service and maintenance departments.
